The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (regarding the Quantity of Limited Liability Company members)"

The bill (Reg. No2059) suggests increase of the maximum quantity of LLC members from 10 to 100 and also spread out to 5 years the term of the increase of the core capital in the course of transforming of LLC into Joint Stock Company.

Relevant amendments are to be introduced to the Laws "On Economic Entities" and "On Amendments and Recognition as such that lost their Efficiency certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in connection with the Adoption of the Civil Code of Ukraine."
